User Submission Policy

This User Submission Policy (the "Policy") governs the submission of ideas, suggestions, content, or materials (collectively, "Submissions") by users ("User," "You," or "Your") of the mobile application "Things to Do with Kids" (the "App"), owned and operated by Moonshot Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of California ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"). By submitting any content or ideas through the App, You agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If You do not agree with these terms, do not submit any ideas, suggestions, or materials through the App.
1. Ownership of Submissions
All ideas, suggestions, concepts, designs, improvements, or any other content submitted by You (the "Submission") through the App shall become the exclusive property of Moonshot Ventures LLC. You acknowledge and agree that any Submission You make through the App, including any intellectual property rights related thereto, shall be automatically and irrevocably assigned to Moonshot Ventures LLC. As such, You waive any and all claims of ownership, rights, or compensation related to the Submission.
2. No Compensation
You understand and agree that You will not be entitled to any compensation, remuneration, or other benefits in connection with any Submission You provide through the App. Moonshot Ventures LLC is under no obligation to use or incorporate Your Submission in any manner or to acknowledge Your Submission in any form, regardless of whether or not Your Submission is used or developed into a product, feature, or other asset of the Company.
3. License to Use Submissions
By submitting any content or ideas, You grant Moonshot Ventures LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works based upon Your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to advertising, promotional, or commercial uses.
4. No Confidentiality
You acknowledge that any Submission You provide is not confidential or proprietary. Moonshot Ventures LLC shall have no obligation to protect or maintain the confidentiality of any Submission. You agree not to submit any content that You consider confidential or proprietary, as the Company has no obligation to treat such submissions as confidential.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moonshot Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with Your Submission, including any breach of this Policy.
6. No Obligation to Use Submissions
Moonshot Ventures LLC is under no obligation to use or respond to any Submission. The decision to incorporate, implement, or otherwise utilize any Submission rests solely with Moonshot Ventures LLC. There is no guarantee that Your Submission will be used in any product, feature, or service.
7. Compliance with Laws
You agree that Your Submission will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, and defamation laws. You represent and warrant that You own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content of Your Submission and that the Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Changes to the User Submission Policy
Moonshot Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the App or website. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Policy.
